All content is created by registered dietitians who have a bachelors degree or higher in nutrition, completed at least 1200 hours of supervised practice through an accredited internship program, and passed a national registration exam.
As dietitians, we also complete 75 hours of continuing education every 5 years in order to stay up to date on current nutrition research and to maintain our credentials.
Articles are reviewed and edited annually to account for new research and findings. All factual information in the articles comes from peer-reviewed research papers.
