I have been a dietitian since 2016. Unfortunately, I did a lot of harm in the early part of my career – especially when counseling in a weight loss clinic and even counseling for bariatric surgery.

Which is why I now practice Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) through an Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size lens.
You deserve weight-inclusive health care (meaning your providers should not judge your health based on your weight or BMI). I truly believe that a person can be healthy at any body size.
